Main Event: Kazusada Higuchi retained the KO-D Openweight Championship by defeating Jun Akiyama in a physical contest. This marked his second title defense, with his next challenger set as Yuki Ueno on Day 2.
KO-D Tag Team Championship: The Apex (Iino & Naya) successfully defended their belts against Damnation T.A. Despite interference and use of weapons, the champions stood tall. They now face HARASHIMA & Shinya Aoki on Day 2.
Dramatic Dream Tag: Zack Sabre Jr. & Kosei Fujita picked up a victory over Chris Brookes & Takeshi Masada. Following the match, Brookes issued a challenge to Sabre for a singles bout at Ultimate Party on November 3.
DDT Extreme Championship: To-y defeated Yuya Koroku in a creative deathmatch where wrestlers used “life points” to determine the outcome. To-y outlasted Koroku, but was attacked afterward by Ilusion, who announced himself as the next challenger. Their title match is set for September 14.
